Read moreIt is a manor house built at the end of the 19th century which, after some years of abandonment, has been renovated in 2020 and converted into this holiday accommodation villa. It has 8 rooms with 16 beds. The rooms are located between the three floors of the building and all of them have their own bathroom, views to the outside, and some with a terrace. The ground floor houses the common areas: several lounges, a large kitchen and a room adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Outside there is an enormous “safreig” (swimming pool) with a beach effect surrounded by a beautiful solarium where you can relax and enjoy the sun with views of the Tramuntana mountain range. Also outside, there is a small kitchen and barbecue to enjoy cooking and eating outdoors and two large tables to sit at. It also has parking space for 8 vehicles.
The villa is surrounded by a spectacular garden of 8,000 sqm designed according to Mallorcan customs, which combines native species with other varieties that are highly appreciated on the island. It is also surrounded by fields with more than 800 orange trees and its own vegetable garden with vegetables, fruit, and aromatic plants.

This villa has 8 double rooms with exterior views with 180 cm beds. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, 42″ TV, air conditioning, wardrobe and views of the village, the garden or the Tramuntana mountains. All the rooms are unique, with a special decoration and configuration as a large part of the original structure of the house has been preserved. They are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, except for a double room adapted for people with reduced mobility, which is located on the ground floor.

Essential services and many amenities are included with the rental of this villa, but if you wish, some additional services can be hired at an additional cost. No events or parties without permission are allowed in our villa.

Facilites
Villa Santa Maria has everything you need for a comfortable stay and to enjoy an unforgettable holiday, whether you come to rest, practice your favourite sport, discover the wonderful island of Mallorca or do a bit of everything.
On the ground floor, as well as a double room adapted for guests with reduced mobility, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a table for 16 people and three different lounges, one of them with sofas, a 70″ Smart TV screen and satellite TV channels. The other 7 bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Around the house, there are two large tables for 16 diners, a barbecue on a covered porch to enjoy outdoor cooking, and several areas with sofas and tables spread over various parts of the terrace surrounding the house and the garden. At the other end of the garden, with the Tramuntana mountain range in the background, there is a 20 x 8-metre swimming pool built using the house’s old safareig and surrounded by a solarium with sun loungers, two Balinese beds and two toilets with shower.
From any point in the house and the surrounding area, you can access the WiFi network with a fibre optic internet connection so that you can consume content from any streaming TV platform, or you can develop your professional activity remotely.
Kitchen
The kitchen is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the north terrace of the house. It has approximately 40 sqm and is fully furnished with upper and lower cupboards and a central table.

Dining room
Located on the ground floor opposite the kitchen and separated from it by a small sitting room is the formal dining room with a large table for 16 people. The space has views of the Tramuntana mountains through three large windows and direct access to the terrace.
Living rooms
On the south-facing side of the ground floor, there are two living rooms, all with direct access to the terrace: The first one is located at the foot of the stairs leading to the upper floors. It has a grand piano and a divan. The middle one has tables and low stools.
TV room
Next to the lounges on the ground floor, on the south side of the house, there is a space with two comfortable and spacious sofas (7 and 3 seats each) with a 70″ Smart TV with access to digital channels, satellite and streaming content portals.
Pool
The pool is situated in the northern part of the garden, elevated to create an infinity pool effect, enhancing the spectacular views of the Serra de Tramuntana. It spans an impressive 20 x 8 meters and features a shallow section along with a broader area reaching a depth of 2 meters.
Surrounding the pool is a sunbathing area equipped with 2 Balinese beds, 10 sun loungers, tables, and umbrellas. Additionally, you’ll find two bathrooms with showers in the vicinity, ensuring convenience for all guests.
Terraces
Villa Santa Maria is surrounded by terraces on all four sides. On the east side, there is a covered porch with a barbecue and a large table with chairs, the other three sides have areas to rest, read, talk, or eat in the sun or in the shade of the trees for you to enjoy as you wish.
Outdoors Barbeque
Villa Santa Maria has an outdoor space to prepare lunch or dinner thanks to the excellent climate of Mallorca. Enjoy a fully equipped outdoor barbecue with a sink and a table for 8 people under an east-facing porch. For celebrations with more people, the large table for up to 16 people on the North terrace and another of the same size in the South, both just a few metres away.
Parking
The villa has parking for up to 6 vehicles with independent access to Coanegre road. It has an electric vehicle charger.
Gavina – Reading room
Escape to our 25 m2 space on the first floor, meticulously furnished as a tranquil room dedicated to the art of reading. Featuring a full ensuite bathroom with a shower, a 42″ TV, a spacious double built-in wardrobe, and scenic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Immerse yourself in the joy of reading in this serene sanctuary.
Voltor – Gaming Room
Espacio de 25 m2 situado en la segunda planta amueblada habitación para los jóvenes o no tan jóvenes que quieren disfrutar de los videojuegos. Cuenta con una PS5. Cuenta con baño en suite completo y con ducha, televisión de 42″, un armario doble empotrado y vistas a la Sierra de Tramuntana.

Payment of the booking in 3 instalments: – 20% on confirmation of booking – 50% 35 days before arrival. – The remaining 30% 7 days before arrival All payments once made are non-refundable. A deposit of 20% of the value of the booking is required, which will be paid with the last payment and will be returned within 7 days. If the booking is made less than 35 days before arrival, the first two instalments of the booking will be paid on confirmation.
